Choosing something for your little one
Send us the product name, variant and pack size, along with the detail you would like to check. For ingredients, age guidance, sizing or use instructions, we can help you locate the manufacturer information available for the product.
Help with an order
Include your order reference and the phone number or email used at checkout. Tell us what happened and how we can help. If an item is missing, incorrect or damaged, keep the packaging and share useful photos where possible. Do not use or consume a product with a damaged seal or suspected safety issue.
To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We will check the order’s status and explain the available options.
