Availability depends on the destination and the order. This page does not promise nationwide delivery, same-day delivery or a specific delivery slot. For the delivery provisions that apply to your order, read our Terms of Service.
Whole packs and order changes
Quantities count complete packs of the selected product and size. Two units means two packs. Review the pack size, variant and quantity before checkout.
If stock or another issue affects your order, we will contact you about the available options. We will not substitute an item or increase an agreed total without your agreement.
Receiving your order
Check the product, pack size, quantity, seal and printed storage instructions when your order arrives. Do not use or consume a product with a damaged seal or suspected safety issue. Contact support promptly if something is missing, incorrect or damaged, and keep the packaging and useful photos where possible.
